Pablo Arriola has resided in Florida since 1998. His legal career began as a paralegal in 2011. Since then, Mr. Arriola developed expertise in Community Association issues, Real Estate, and Family Law.​

Mr. Arriola represents Condominium and Homeowners Association providing legal counseling and assisting Boards and management professionals with legal matters of the day-to-day operation of the communities, including:​

  • Interpretation and enforcement of the governing documents (Declaration of Condominium or Covenants and Restrictions, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations);

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts for service;

  • Assisting in collections of past due maintenance fees and special assessments;

  • Reviewing lease approval process and tenant regulations;

  • Assisting the enforcement of governing documents procedure with the finning committee and violation process;

  • Advising and assisting the Association with document requests;

  • Assisting in compliance with the Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR) and Florida law;

  • Assisting the Board and management to prepare and conduct meetings;

  • Other community issues.
