The addition of Adrian Lores De La Peña, Esq. as the fourth Partner aligns seamlessly with the vision and specialization of AR Law Group, PLLC. With a focus on Tax and Business Law and a strong background in Accounting, Adrian provides invaluable counsel on critical matters such as corporate governance and business entities, trust and estates, tax planning, tax controversy and litigation, international tax, and 1031 Exchange. Adrian brings extensive experience from managing his own successful private client tax consulting and law practice. In 2023, Lores Law, PLLC, under Adrian's leadership, was honored with the prestigious Recognition for Excellence in Taxation Law by Lawyers of Distinction.

Adrian's commitment to community service is exemplary. As an American Bar Association (ABA) Tax Section member, Adrian has actively assisted taxpayers in resolving their tax matters with the Internal Revenue Service. Adrian shares his expertise as a guest speaker for The Florida Bar's Speakers Bureau, further contributing to the legal community. In May of 2023, Adrian was also appointed to serve as a member of the Government Advocacy Committee through June 30, 2024.

Adrian holds a Master of Law in Taxation (LL.M in Taxation) from the renowned Graduate Tax Program at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law, and a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. Prior to joining AR Law Group, PLLC, he successfully operated his own practice, Lores Law, PLLC.
